Unleashed publishes a rate card in US dollars, quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, and the US lineup includes an entry plan that is not sold in every market. The cheapest is $99/mo (Lite), which is single-warehouse, with Core and Pro above it. Each plan bundles user licences (3 (Lite and Core), 5 (Pro)) and charges per licence beyond that. Annual billing is cheaper than monthly. See the comparison table on this page for the current figures.
The one that decides most purchases is warehouses. Unleashed states that multi-warehouse management is a Core and Pro feature, so Lite runs a single location. Lite is also held to a lower monthly API allowance, can only buy the smallest sales-order upgrade, and is not sold the optional modules at all, so forecasting, warehouse management, production and analytics are unavailable on it at any price. On users the two are identical: both include the same number of licences at the same rate per extra licence. If you hold stock in more than one place, Core is the plan to price.
Yes, both natively. Unleashed has a flagship-level Xero partnership and one of the deepest Xero integrations in the inventory category, covering purchase orders, sales orders, stock valuations and cost of goods sold in both directions, and it integrates natively with QuickBooks Online. Each plan includes a set number of integrations, with additional connections charged per integration per month.
Yes, through the Production module, which covers assemblies, bills of materials, assembly and disassembly, and Kanban production planning. It is included on Pro and is a paid monthly add-on on Core. It is not offered on Lite. For heavy manufacturing with full MRP, Katana or Fishbowl are deeper alternatives; for a wholesale or distribution business that assembles occasionally, Unleashed on Core or Pro is a strong fit.
Yes, through the Advanced Inventory Manager module, which applies material requirements planning at both product and component level to recommend what to reorder and when. It is included on Pro and is a paid monthly add-on on Core. Like the other optional modules it is not available on Lite, so a business that is shopping specifically for forecasting should price Core at minimum. See the comparison table on this page for current add-on pricing.
Every plan bundles a set number of sales orders a month, and volume above that is a paid upgrade rather than an overage rate. The upgrades come in fixed steps, and this is the part of the bill most businesses underestimate: the headline plan price assumes the bundled allowance. Lite can only take the smallest step, while Core and Pro can go up to an unlimited tier. Work out your real monthly order count before comparing Unleashed on its entry price alone.
No. Unleashed offers both monthly and annual billing, and annual is meaningfully cheaper per month than paying monthly. A one-off onboarding and support package may apply depending on the plan you choose. Because the modules and order-volume upgrades are billed monthly alongside the plan, it is worth pricing the whole bundle you would actually run rather than the base plan on its own.
Unleashed is a New Zealand-built inventory management platform, now part of The Access Group, with one of the deepest native Xero integrations in the category and native QuickBooks Online support. In the US it sells three bundles. Lite is a single-warehouse entry plan: multi-warehouse management is a Core and Pro feature, and the optional modules (forecasting, warehouse management, production, analytics and the B2B store) are not sold on it. Core adds multi-warehouse and can buy those modules; Pro includes them and raises the included user and integration allowances. Every plan bundles user licences and charges per extra user, and sales-order volume above the bundled allowance is a paid upgrade.
Unleashed was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand.
