Emburse Cards are prepaid cards, not a credit line: the business funds a card balance from a linked bank account, and each card spends within a limit an administrator sets. Emburse's pricing page calls them prepaid while one help centre article calls them real credit cards; the funding mechanics match prepaid. The cards are issued by Celtic Bank, and Emburse says there is no fee per card.
The cards come with Emburse Spend, priced per user each month on two plans and billed for a minimum number of users even when fewer submit expenses. A user is anyone who submits an expense. The Basic plan syncs to QuickBooks and Xero; the Plus plan adds NetSuite, Sage Intacct and support for several subsidiaries.
Emburse Spend serves organizations based in the United States only. It publishes no personal guarantee, credit check or entity terms for the card.
