We track 8 inventory management providers in the United States: 6 with a published price and 2 quoting on request. Every price below comes from the vendor's own pricing page as our records stood on 2 Oct 2026, and this page will not be updated as those prices change.
How many inventory management providers publish a price?
A provider counts as publishing a price when its pricing page gives enough to estimate a monthly bill without contacting sales. One that shows a headline or starting rate and quotes for the rest is counted as quoting on request. On that test, 75% of this market can be priced without asking.

What does inventory management cost in the United States?
Estimated monthly bill at each business size in the table, from the same cost engine as our live comparison table. Providers that quote on request are left out; an unknown price is never counted as zero.

|---|---|---|---|
| Single user | 6 | $164 | $0 to $349 |
| Small team | 6 | $213.50 | $29 to $429 |
| Multi-site business | 6 | $504 | $91.50 to $882 |

How we compiled this report
Prices come from vendors' own pricing pages only, never from review sites or directories, and no commercial relationship with a vendor changes a figure here. Definitions, limitations and corrections: how we compile these reports.
Conclusion
Inventory software in the United States barely changes price between one user and three, then jumps for a business that has grown. Six of the eight providers we track publish enough to be costed. A single user at one location pays $0 to $349 a month (median $164, with one plan free); a team of three at the same location $29 to $429 (median $213.50); ten users across three locations $91.50 to $882 (median $504), where the most expensive option costs about 9.6 times the cheapest.
Two providers mark the ends of that. One charges a flat $299 a month at every size, with unlimited users, which puts it above the median for a single user and below it for a multi-site business. Another costs $99 at one user and at three, then $882 at ten users and three locations, because its entry plan covers a single warehouse and a business with three sites has to move up a plan.
The entry prices need the same reading. Seven providers publish one, from $29 to $499 a month (median $229), but the $499 is a starting price from a provider that quotes everything above it, so the top of that range is a floor, and the provider behind it is counted among those that quote on request. Two of the eight quote, so 75% publish, the same share as US payroll this quarter, and neither quoting provider appears in any row of the table.
