About Brex

Brex is a financial technology company and, in its own disclosure, a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital One, N.A. The Brex Mastercard Corporate Credit Card is issued by Emigrant Bank, Fifth Third Bank or Airwallex (Netherlands), and works as a charge card: statements are settled in full, daily or monthly, and Brex describes no interest rate.

The software is free on the Essentials plan, which includes accounting integrations with NetSuite and support for a limited number of entities. The Premium plan is priced per user and adds full multi-entity support. Brex does not publish an annual fee for the card.

Eligibility is for companies organized and registered in the United States, such as C-corps, S-corps, LLCs and LLPs; sole proprietors and unincorporated partnerships are excluded. Daily repayment is open to companies with equity investment or a revenue record, and monthly terms ask for a cash balance or higher revenue. There is no personal guarantee, and Brex does not check or report to personal credit bureaus.
